WORKSHOP

AI workshop at your premises.

Multi-day workshops at your office. 2-5 days of structured building with your team — at the end, three AI use-cases run productively and your crew knows how to keep them running.

Three promises

On-site. Hands-on. Productive.

01

At your premises.

We come to you — Lower Saxony, NRW, Bremen, further afield welcome. Your data stays with you, your tools stay your tools, your people learn on the actual setup.

02

Hands-on, not slides.

No PowerPoint workshop. On day one we open real tools, real data, build real solutions. By the end something runs that your team uses the next morning.

03

Productive, not prototype.

We build for live use, not the drawer. AI-Act compliant, GDPR-safe, with clear escalation paths — so your data protection officer can sign off.

FOUR WORKSHOP FORMATS

Four packages, one goal.

What we recommend depends on team size, use-case maturity, and implementation ambition. Clients often combine two formats.

2 days · 6-12 participants · 1 use-case

Sprint workshop

Compact entry. One prioritised use-case is taken from concept to working pilot in 2 days. Ideal as a door-opener.

3 days · 8-16 participants · 3 use-cases

Discovery workshop

We arrive without a fixed use-case, leave with three. Day 1 inventory, day 2 prioritisation, day 3 building the two strongest. Roadmap for the rest.

5 days · 12-25 participants · 2-3 use-cases live

Implementation sprint

Full build-out. A full week at your premises. By Friday, 2-3 use-cases run productively, your IT has handover docs, your team is trained.

2-3 days · industry-specific

Industry workshop

Tailored for your industry — e.g. mechanical engineering sales, metalworking QA, furniture configurator, tax-firm client AI. We bring preliminary work from similar clients.

PROCESS

Before, during, after.

  1. 2-3 weeks before

    Setup call

60-min call with your team. We clarify your tool stack, gather use-case wishes, send a pre-workshop checklist (accesses, data, technical prerequisites).

  2. Day 1 on-site

    Context & prioritisation

Inventory of your current AI use (shadow AI included), collect & prioritise use-case ideas, pick concrete workshop cases for day 2+.

  3. Day 2 to end

    Building

We build the prioritised use-cases. Each use-case runs as a small team (3-5 people) with an OIT expert as sparring partner. Daily stand-ups, final demos for the leadership.

  4. 30 days after

    Follow-up

30-min call after 2 weeks, another after 4 weeks. We help with escalations, clarify questions, document what actually lives in daily use.

WHY US

Three reasons for our workshops.

OIT tech team, not a consultant pool

You get people who also build it. No subcontractors, no "Senior Consultant" arriving with slides. Andy, Eric, Patrick, or Mirco sit at the table with you.

AI Act + GDPR built in

We build so your compliance person can sign off without nerves. AI policies, data flows, audit logs — planned alongside the use-case, not as an afterthought.

DACH mid-market on-site experience

We've run workshops at mechanical engineering in Bielefeld, food in Bremen, tax firm in Hannover, furniture in Münster — we know the typical pitfalls.

FAQ

Before you ask.

How much does an on-site workshop cost?

Sprint workshop (2 days, one use-case): 6,500 € net. Discovery (3 days): 9,500 €. Implementation sprint (5 days): 16,500 €. Plus consultant travel/lodging (transparently billed). More than 25 participants: individual scaling.

How many consultants come from your side?

Sprint and Discovery: 2 OIT experts. Implementation sprint: 2-3, depending on use-case count. At least one brings AI tech depth (Andy or Eric), at least one adoption experience (Stephan or Patrick).

Do our staff need to prepare in advance?

We send a 30-min prep email one week before with three small tasks (tool inventory, use-case collection, access rights). That's all. In the workshop itself everyone learns together — mixed prior knowledge is actually beneficial.

What if our use-case is in an industry you haven't worked in?

Talk through it on the setup call — we'll say honestly whether we take it on or recommend industry-specific consulting on top. Common pattern: we handle the AI side, an industry expert (yours or external) covers the industry logic.

How does it continue after the workshop?

Three options: (a) you continue alone — handover documentation is comprehensive; (b) we stay available as a second line (hourly, 145 € net/hr); (c) we wrap an AI consulting package around it with longer support (separate quote).

Who owns the AI applications built during the workshop?

You do. Everything built in the workshop is your intellectual property. We retain only the right to talk about the workshop anonymously (e.g. "a mid-market client in industry X built use-case Y with us").

30 min free first call. We listen to your setup and say honestly which format fits — even if that means "not a workshop yet."
