Since February 2026 every company using AI must train its people. Our modules cover the mandatory content — with a certificate for your compliance file.

Max. 12 participants per workshop. Stephan Kindler is personally on-site. No live-stream staff training — we come to you or you come to us in Osnabrück.

AI week at OIT
Our open workshop — three slots per week, one company per slot, two OIT experts spending two hours focused on your topic. Lunch included.
Train the trainer
Your IT team learns the AI gateway setup, the AI policy, and the training curriculum — then they teach in-house independently.

Basics module
Each participant starts with the online self-paced course. AI Act basics, safe use, what AI can and can't do. ~4 hours at your own pace.
- Week 1
Application workshop
On-site or at our place: 1-2 days with real use-cases from your daily work. By day's end, every participant has built their own first AI applications.
- Month 1
Guided application
We're reachable when your team has practical questions. Weekly office hour, Slack channel, or a concrete date in Osnabrück.
- Month 3+
Self-sufficient
Train-the-trainer module for your IT, then your crew is autonomous. We stay available as a second line — for escalation and updates.

How much does AI training cost?
The online self-paced course is 49 € (single) to 29 €/licence (from 50 staff) including certificate. On-site workshops start at 2,500 € net per day for up to 12 participants in Osnabrück, plus travel for external sites. Train-the-trainer package: 4,500 € net for 3 days.
Do we really have to train every single employee?
The AI Act requires that anyone working with AI systems is qualified for safe use. Passive AI users (e.g. AI-augmented search) need less depth than active prompt operators. We help you define the obligation scope for your company.
On-site or at your place in Osnabrück?
Depends on group size. Under 8 participants: we come to you, cheaper. Over 8: at our place is more relaxed, with lunch from Wilde Triebe. Over 30: we split into multiple day-groups.
Which tools do you train on?
Default: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini. On request: our OIT AI Gateway (GDPR-compliant out of Germany), Perplexity, Notion AI. We align with your tool stack — training on 5 different tools makes little sense.
Is there a certificate exam?
Yes, the online module has a 15-minute multiple-choice test at the end. Passing threshold: 70% correct. For on-site workshops we issue attendance certificates — with optional test on request.
What if my staff resist AI?
Common case. We start with a 90-minute sceptics' session: honest stock-taking, what AI can't do, where the risks are, what your industry realistically allows. From sceptics often emerge the best users — because they apply AI with healthy mistrust.
