How much does AI consulting cost in the mid-market?
Our readiness checks start at 1,500 € net for a day on-site. Strategy packages range from 4,000 € to 12,000 € depending on scope. Use-case implementations are billed by day rate (1,200 € net/day) or as fixed price (from 8,000 €).
We're a mid-sized company with 50 staff — too small for AI?
No, on the contrary. AI often pays off most in this range: less bureaucracy, faster decisions, clear use-cases. Our smallest clients have 12 staff, our largest 800.
Do we really have to train staff from February 2026 onwards?
Yes. The AI Act obliges every company using AI systems to train staff on safe use. Skipping it risks fines. We have the matching course.
Do we have to send our data to the US?
No. We rely on either EU-hosted models or host locally on your infrastructure. Our OIT AI Gateway gives you full control over which model sees which data.
How are you different from large consultancies like Deloitte or appliedAI?
We're a team of practitioners from Osnabrück, not a 200-head strategy operation. You talk directly to the people building your solution. Response time: same business day. Contract term: none.
